I vacated this property on 21st May 2024 as I got a job in another city. I am ooking for someone to take over the tenancy which ends on July 31st 2024. This can be extended with Unipol, however.
It's let out as a one bedroom flat, even though it has a 2nd smaller room that is used as a study/storage room. Both bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs while the kitchen and living room are downstairs. There is also a tiny pantry accessed from the living room where one can store things.
Overall, it is a cosy flat, and within 5-10minutes walk of shops like Waitrose, Aldi, One Beyond, and several eateries. There is a bus stop 3 mins away as well, and a free little library down the road towards Meanwood Park.
