About Property - The flat is located near the City Centre. It's just 10 min walk from the Leeds Train Station.
The flat is on the 15th floor and, therefore has a beautiful view of the City. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 Living Room, Kitchen & a Bathroom. The apartment has a parking space .

Rent - 425£ per month (excluding bills)
Security Deposit - 460£
Council Tax - Band A

I'm a professional, working from 9-5 from Mon-Fri.
I love hiking, watching movies, chilling with friends on weekends.
I believe in fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere at home, and I'm always up for a chat or a shared meal with flatmates.
I understand the importance of respecting shared spaces and maintaining a clean and tidy environment. You can count on me to do my part in keeping our home comfortable for everyone.
I get to bed early on weekdays, as I have early morning work. So I expect no disturbance during this time. I'll also bear in mind about your privacy. I don't mind if you invite friends over on weekends.
