A very rare opportunity for mature students/professionals to move into a traditional English house. All bills included. The location is close to University of Birmingham and QE hospital. You don't need to handle the bills because it's included in the rent. International expats will also benefit from the valuable advice of how to settle down and places to visit in UK.

You will have the private and furnished double bedroom with wifi, wardrobe and work desk. Kitchen amenities and bedding are too heavy to bring your own so they are provided too, e. g. plates, pans, duvet, pillows, which makes it a lot of easier to settle down.

Tenancy contract is subject to the standard ID check. People with no credit history might have to pay the rent in advance.
