Hello, I am looking for a Tennant for a room in a 7-bedroom flat. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I am no longer able to live in this property and need to find a replacement for myself. I’ll attach pictures of the house below Some photos were taken while people were still living there), it’s a very nice house located in Selly Oak, the address is 214 Tiverton Road. It’s ideal for UOB students as it’s close to campus. Furthermore being near to the train station it makes it really easy to access public transport and move around. It’s also located in a very social student-populated area. Bills are included in the rent so no need to worry about additional costs.
The house has 7 Bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms House, Ideal for students, 5-7 people.
£ 805 per week in total - 115-161 per person depending on the amount of people staying (Between 5-7 people).
