Convenient for Cov/Warwick uni’s & city centre

I have reactivated this add again as existing housemates are due to move out soon.
The house is near to both uni’s and the city centre, it is on good bus routes, is also near green spaces, gyms and pubs.
There are up to 2 double rooms for rent in shared house with live in landlord. Share bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden.
I am renting out to students or professionals due to cost of living rises, and as such, the rent is reasonable and inclusive of bills.
I’m employed, reasonable, chilled, fairly tidy, flexible, positive, and at least semi-sociable so looking for housemates who are happy with this. :)
