The house conveniently located 4 minutes’ walk from the town centre and 3 minutes’ walk to the railway station, which has a fast and regular service to Birmingham 30 minutes and London 80 minutes.

There is a convenience store 100 meters from the property for essentials which is open long hours and main supermarkets are in town 5 minutes away. The car parking in the street outside is controlled by council sourced permits and these cost approximately £20 per year.
