The house is a mere 5-minute stroll to Jesmond Dene and conveniently located near bus stops (5 mins walk), providing easy access to town. 10 minutes walk to Waitrose, Tesco, shops, and restaurants on Osborne Road.

Available from 28 July 2024 to 28 January 2025. Ideal for both mature students or young professionals.

I'm a full time PhD student and part time RA at Newcastle University. I consider myself sociable, an ambivert, clean, organised, friendly, and easygoing. My current flatmate is leaving the city for good, so I'm excited to have someone to continue the tenancy period with me.
