I am looking for a professional
person to rent a room in my fully furnished bungalow in a quiet cul de sac in Misterton. 15 mins by car to Gainsborough, 30 mins to Doncaster or Amazon Iport. There is off road parking for cars on the drive.
All the rooms are newly decorated. Leading off from the large entrance hall is a lounge which has a large TV, wi-fi, Sky and Netflix. There is a dining room, new kitchen and a utility room . There is also a large conservatory leading to the lovely south facing garden looking onto open country side. You would be welcome to use the greenhouse if you like gardening.

Misterton is a friendly village with a supermarket, post office, pub and several restaurants and take-away food providers.
References will be required after viewing plus proof of income. One from your employer and one character reference.
Only non smokers and unfortunately no pets. There are already two small dogs here sometimes.
As I am often away, you will have the bungalow to yourself a lot of the time.
For this I am asking £600 per month with a £600 bond. All bills included but open to review in Winter.
