I am leaving Oxford; therefore advertising my room and study.
For the quiet location, close to Hinksey Park, closeness to the city centre and the private study included with the room; this is an absolute bargain for the price.

It has been perfect for me, as a trainee teacher, as I have been able to separate my sleeping and work space. The private study is located next to the bedroom on the first floor.

The other features include a very large kitchen with a gas hob and electric oven and a large, fridge freezer. Perfect for cooking and hosting dinners with friends. The garden is also generously sized and includes a barbecue along with a washing line to dry clothes and shed, with all the gardening equipment necessary to maintain the garden.

The city centre is within reach with only a 5-minute bus ride and the bus stop itself is only a 2-minute walk away.

FLATEMATES

One flatmate works from home, as a software engineer and the other is a chef. We are a professional, quiet household and mostly keep to ourselves, but can be social at times as well.

The current housemates are friendly and keep the house in a clean order. The ideal flatmate would also be clean and maintain the quiet, professional atmosphere of the house.

The parking would be on the street and a parking permit is required.
