1 month sublet end of Aug - end of Sept in Cowley

We have a short-term month-long sublet available from the 31st of August until the 27th of September 2024 in East Oxford.
This is a gorgeous area right near Florence Park. The house is sublime; it has a huge back garden, a stunning kitchen, a dining space/living room, a separate study and two bathrooms. You will be in the front-garden facing bedroom which has a double bed, a desk and plenty of storage space.
You will be living with the wonderful Ella and Sarah who both will be working as Occupational Therapists. We are looking for a deeply respectful, kind and clean housemate!
The room will be £666 for the month excluding bills. Bills will include council tax, gas, water, electricity and internet. I will update you on how much this will be (probably an extra £150 - 200).
