The housemates are looking for a sociable, tidy, FEMALE professional/ mature student (non smoker) to join our friendly house share with 3 other young professionals aged between 23 & 34 (1 female & 2 Male). We’re looking for someone who wants a home and not a messy student share and who is prepared to do their share of the housework. If you are not already a clean and tidy person please do not apply.

Spacious, bright, open plan house, centrally located, very close to the city centre, 5 mins walk to Sneinton Market/Hockley. 10/15mins walk to train station/centre of town.

A lovely bright, sunny, quiet double room is available, located on the 2nd floor at the rear of the house @ £445 pcm

Rent is fully inclusive of ALL BILLS.

Although our legal minimum term is 6 months, we are looking for someone who will be around long term.

Th room is furnished with Ikea furniture & has wooden floors and is really good value & definitely worth a look!
