Here we have an arrangement which is like a top floor flat for two lodgers. On this second floor we have 2 bedrooms, a brand new lodger kitchen, a shower and a separate toilet. This is gorgeous and desirable Attenborough, NG9 5HX, a few bus stops past Beeston. (You will live separately from myself, the landlord, as I live on the ground floor and first floor with some of my professional adult children.)

Along the road is Attenborough station and the direct fast Skylink bus to University Park (takes 20 minutes). The Skylink takes you to Nottingham Centre or Derby City Centre and East Midlands Airport). Otherwise you can catch the Indigo bus which takes a bit longer.

A hardworking and very pleasant professional lodger (also studying) has one of the rooms here till the end of December. .

We will also have a single en suite - on the ground floor - which will shortly become available. This is a very private room as it is separate from other rooms due to being a side extension. (Currently it has two single beds to allow you to have an occasional guest).You also will be able to use the kitchen on the second floor.

People love this safe and beautiful neighbourhood, a 15-minute-walk from Attenborough Nature Reserve, yet a quick ride to University Park, Nottingham city centre. Plus the convenience of shops, eateries, pubs a doctor’s surgery only 15 mins away on foot (including McDonalds, M & S Food, a chip shop etc at/across from Chilwell Retail Park.

I have won awards for hosting on Airbnb as I enjoy giving people a welcome but also some space!
