Single room available to rent

I am a live in Landlord, and am advertising my spare room to rent. I have a small single room for a tidy organised individual, for Mon-Fri.

My home has a relaxed environment, I am happy to socialise over a glass of wine, and watching tv, so looking for likeminded people.

Use of washing machine is available. Bathroom and Kitchen are shared Space in fridge, freezer, and cupboard space available for food. I am happy to share cooking of evening meals.

The ideal lodger would be friendly, clean and tidy, sociable and must be respectful of my home, and willing to share the cleaning of the communal areas.

There is a bus route and train station near by, and town is about a 45 minute walk. There are local shops, takeaways, and pubs within walking distance.
30 minute walk from hospital

Must be a non smoker.
Couples not accepted.
Must not be a remote worker.
