Double Room with optional Studio space

Large Double Room available in a converted Victorian School House, with an option on an additional Studio in converted garage.
All week or Monday to Friday lets, furnished or unfurnished.

2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 gardens, so lots of space. It is an old property and has the creaky, shambolic, kookiness that comes with that. Its a large property and I am happy to consider sharing the cost of a cleaner, but the new tenant will be expected to do their fair share of housework and upkeep. Anyone with green fingers and capable hands for the occasional DIY outbreak is most welcome.

Next to farmland but close to village with pub, local shop and great community, Rural location with sporadic local bus services so own transport a good idea.

Incidentally the map here is inaccurate, the House is directly next door to the Church, not up the hill! The property has some sort of cloaking device concealing it from sat nav and Google maps....

Three important things to take into consideration:

Firstly, there are 3 VERY friendly dogs in residence, so would suit someone who REALLY loves dogs, as they will want to hug, play and hang out with you!
Secondly, I work from home as a medical massage therapist and I see patients at the weekend and in the evenings when necessary, Although there is a second living room and extra studio space it would probably not suit someone who wants to work from home full time or who only wants to get pissed and hang out in their underwear listening to heavy rock whenever they are at home. I have nothing against that, and host plenty of raucous parties, but a clean house, and a quiet, calm and therapeutic atmosphere is necessary when I am working.
Third, the house is right next door to a Church and burial ground so lovers of old buildings and a bit of gothic are especially welcome, but anyone living in fear of the zombie apocalypse should probably give this a miss!
