Double bedroom with own livingroom to rent. It is a 3 bedroom house but we turned it into a 2 bed 2 livingroom house. The house is located in corstorphine with a 5 min walk to tram and bus stop. Pentland hills and crammond beach are also a 10 min drive.

The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with a clean tidy individual. There is a driveway and a home gym in the back garden also.

Will be sharing with a professional female, 30s, who works from home.

I'm looking for a clean, tidy individual who is also respectable to others within the house. Someone ideally fun and positive is great to be around !

£900 deposit will be required and returned unless you've stole the tv ha !
and £900 pm including bills.
£1200 per month for couples

1 month notice will be given if rooms are requested back.

1 month notice must be giving if moving out of property.
