I have a lovely double room available to let in a modern, energy efficient and very clean home with superb facilities.
The price to rent the room is £730 per month which includes all utility bills, hi-speed broadband, cleaning of common areas and cable TV.
The house is located in central Harrow close to bus routes and is about a 15 minute walk to the Harrow town center, Harrow on the Hill station and Harrow Wealdstone station. The "live out" owner/landlord of the property is looking for a suitable mature professional tenant who will fit in with the current housemates and appreciate living in house that has all the "mod cons" and who wants to be comfortable and safe.
A deposit equal to one month’s rental will be required and the tenant will be required to enter into a 6 Month rental agreement.
No couples please and the property is no smoking.
