The house contains a separate 1 bed annex with own entrance door. Looking to rent out this annex, which includes a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room/bathroom, and sitting room for the lodger's sole use. The kitchen will be shared with the two owners. Garden area shared.
Parking – Off road parking.
As a couple in our 50s, we are looking for an independent lodger who would appreciate their own private part of the house with own access from the garden.
