Medium size bed room,

I have a spare medium size bedroom available, looking for working people who are looking for somewhere to stay, the room has a double bed and carpet.

All bills are included, have washer/dryer shower bath cooker oven fridge freezer,

First months rent in advance £500

Couples welcome but rent would increase to £650 so first months rent would be £650

Prefer working only tenants.

Only thing you would need to get is your own shopping, ect.

No tenants agreement given verbal agreement only, just want to try and help someone out, would prefer English speaking only
