Double room in a quite street close to St Catherines Health Centre, just 10 minutes walk from Oxton Village.
I try to keep the house clean and tidy and I would like the new lodger to do the same.
I am looking for a full time professional who does not work from home because I already WFH 2/3 days a week.

The house has :
1 Kitchen,
1 dining room,
1 living room,
1 small study room,
1 shower room on the ground floor,
1 bathroom on the first room,
2 bedrooms,
1 courtyard (it needs to be renewed).
All furniture is new.

The bedroom that I am going to rent comes with a double bed, a bedside table, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe.

- All Bills are included.
- On street parking.
The room will be available from August 1st.
