Hi There,

I have a comfortable, spacious, double room available to Rent. The room size is 16ft x 10ft in a 2 bedroom house, located in West Norwood., It is available to move into now.
This room has just been newly decorated. It is carpeted and fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and desk/or dressing table.
The room is bright and sunny and overlooks a small well kept garden. The property is shared with 1 other person (myself).

The area has a number of Local supermarkets, shops and cafes close by, as well as a modern cinema and library. There is also a leisure centre with a swimming pool and gym within 2 mins walk.
West Norwood is a pleasant area with lots of local green spaces. There are very good transport links by bus or train into central London and to local areas only 5 mins walk away.

This is a small, long established, 2 bedroomed house. So, not a party house, multi occupancy or 50/50 house share, meaning no extra storage space.

The home environment is reasonably quiet and peaceful most of the time although, I may have the occasional family gathering. I am a sociable person, and quite easy going, I work part time, so, I spend quite a bit of my time at home.

I am looking for a person that is mature, respectful and friendly Someone thats domesticated and hygienic in the home (super important), that is also prepared to do their bit with the general cleaning and upkeep of the house. .
Preferably, a working professional with a full time job, that does not work entirely from home, and that can provide references from their present job and a previous landlord (if this applies)

The rent is £785 per month including all bills.

The deposit is one month rent paid in advance.
