large Victorian house by Deptford Park

we live near deptford park and looking for a person to take a spare room during the week. there are 3 of us in this 5 bed household (all f i’m afraid !) range of age 29 - mid 50. most of the time the person taking this room will have own bathroom .. only time not will be occasional visitor (generally at weekend ) easy access from
surrey quays / canada water and cycle superhighway very close. . Riverboat nearby straight across to Canary Whatf and points beyond. The rent is illustrative ion 4 nights residence.

I suppose we’re a fairly quiet household but fun and friendly. Not looking for Party person though We have a small
Dog and a south facing garden
Close To a Small Co op and a fab corner shop. The huge Tesco Surrey Quays is about 10
Mins walk and Greenwich Waitrose the other way. Lots of buses, tube and overground and transport links . Also the river bus.

Lovely Deptford park is less than 5 mins walk and the river walk close by. Lots of places to run
