Double Room in Bromley by Bow from June-July 2024

Hi! I'm a live-in landlord looking for someone to rent my spare room between 20th June - 19th July.

It's a double bedroom available in a two bed flat, for single occupancy only. The room will be furnished but the furniture will differ to those in the photos as the furniture belongs to the current tenant. The room is the sun spot of the flat, so house plants thrive in there!

The flat has an open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge, bathroom, and storage. There's permits from Tower Hamlets for on-street parking, there's plenty of parking available around the flat.

The flat is located 5 minutes walk from Bromley by Bow station, 5 minutes walk from big Tesco and across the road from McDonald's if you're craving nugs. There's also a few good pubs in a 5 minute walking radius, and Stratford and Hackney Wick are 20-25 minutes walk so pretty handy.

I'm a 33 year old female professional and occasionally work from home once a week. I'm pretty chilled out and like going out as well as staying in and watching trash TV/films. The flat isn't a big party flat but sure I'm happy to have a glass of wine or two.

Lodging is for maximum one month between 20th June - 19th July
