It provides in total 2 modern style kitchens at the ground floor, so sufficient appliances for storage and cooking (5 fridges and 2 washing machines). People never have to wait for cooking or washing!

Also, a seating area for dining and a cosy extension built lounge area, both with large TV, with double patio doors that access a very pleasant garden with BBQ facilities, a nice sitting area where one can enjoy a nice summer afternoon or evening with some friends.
