West London flat seeks new tenant(s)

Hi everyone! Myself and my flatmate have both decided to move on from our London flat as I am moving closer to work and she is moving in with a friend.

I’m confirmed to move in July however she is still TBC so there is the option that both rooms may become available.

The flat is extremely well situated with the overground 5 min walk, lizzy line 12 min walk, Piccadilly 15-20 mins and the central line 25.

There is a large Morrisons and Lidl 5 mins away, along with a Superdrug and you can be at Westfield in Shepherds Bush in 20 mins.

The flat itself is a large two bed property, the room being advertised is the bigger of the two by far. It doesn’t have any build in storage other than a boiler cupboard I keep my suitcases in, however, the room is big enough to fit a a couple of double wardrobes.
I will be taking the majority of my stuff when I leave but pending my new location there may be the possibility to purchase some of what’s already in there rather than buy new and build if you’d like.
The shared living space will be relatively unfurnished and would suit someone who has their own stuff to bring, the furniture belongs to me so I will be taking it with me.

The location is really great and the flat is a total blank canvas! Would also suit one person who is looking for a flat with a study for example or a couple. For this you would double the rent shown to gain the monthly

The bathroom has a shower bath, is super easy to clean and is shared between the rooms.

In terms of area, it’s super safe where we are, and there’s some really lovely pubs and restaurants. You’re also only about 30 min walk to Chiswick.
