Double Room to let

Hi
I'm am looking to let just two rooms in my property. Both double rooms are fully furnished each lockable from the inside .
Bedding, towels and bills included in the monthly cost.
Full use of washing facilities.
Shared Lounge, Dining room, Kitchen and bathroom with the other tenant.
I run my own business and spend a fair amount of time away.. my living space is on the basement. I am only looking to let two rooms so you'd only be sharing communal areas with one other.
Near to the train station (12 minutes walking distance) town centre (16 minutes)
Bus stop to & from the station and centre
(2 minute walking distance).
University bus pick up point within 5 minutes walking distance).
Room for bike storage.
On street no permit Parking.
Looking for tidy, respectful, hardworking people. The rooms are avaliable for immediate letting for a minimum of 3/4 months stay, possibly longer (agreeable on an additional monthly basis. A deposit is required to hold the room following viewing. Virtual viewing can be arranged.
