Massive One Bed Room to Rent Shawlands

Hi there!

My flatmate is moving out to move to the big smoke of London Town, and so I’m advertising her room. So sad to see her go, but excited to make a new pal! Bills are not included, but a bill-included price can be discussed. There’s a shared bathroom, massive living room and big kitchen with a new fridge and cooker. It’s a great location, close by to popular Shawlands spots and two minute walk to the train station/bus. The room is unfurnished, but the desk, chair, wall mounted shelves, light fitting, rail and mirror can all be left on top of what’s there for £100, per my flatmate!

Bit about me: I’m a journalist working freelance and tend to be away with work during the week. I’m a big cook, Pilates/yoga girl, painter, brunch lover and socialise often with friends in Shawlands, so can share great recs! I would be looking for someone who likes a drink and socialise, but is also independent and happy to do their own thing. Big points if you love Grey’s Anatomy. Cleanliness is important (nothing worse than a messy kitchen), but other than that, very relaxed.
