Newly Decorated Double Bedroom For Rent

Hello,

I am a 33 year old professional looking to find a new flatmate for my spare room in my flat. The flat is located in Partick in the west end of Glasgow.

You’re spoilt for choice in relation to transport links which include Partick train station/subway station which is around a 7 minute walk and Hyndland train station which is around 10 minute walk. There is also many busses which leave from a stop around 4 minutes away including links straight into the city centre and a frequent bus service to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. In addition there is free on street parking if you have a car.

There are many amenities just a couple of minutes-around 10 minutes including Sainsbury's, M&S, Morrisons, Lidl and multiple nice coffee shops and restaurants.

I like to keep the flat clean & tidy. I enjoy socialising but also appreciate time to myself. I am looking to find someone who would be respectful of this who may be up for having dinner together/a takeaway together from time to time. I also live to craft and paint so a flatmate who enjoys that too would be great.

I have a nut allergy which has got worse in recent years so I would ask you not to bring certain nuts into the flat. I may not be the best suited flatmate for hardcore peanut lovers...

The flat compromises of a cosy living room with a corner sofa, tv and dining table by the window with a view of the University of Glasgow, a bathroom with shower & bath, a kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher and two bedrooms.

The rent includes council tax, gas & electric, tv licence & internet (high speed fibre).

The room has a double bed with a comfy new mattress. There is a large double wardrobe & chest of drawers so there's loads of storage space. The room has just been freshly painted & get lots of light into the room as it’s got 2 windows.

I work from home in an alcove in the living room so I’m ideally looking for a flatmate not working from home so we’re not here together 24/7.
