Cozy double room available in friendly stuent flat

The room is in a flat at Townhead, it is just behind Strathclyde uni, so perfect location! I am 22 years old graduating with a law degree this year going on to do my diploma next year and I live with Heather who is 20 and a student at the City of Glasgow College studying hospitality. We are looking for someone friendly, sociable, clean, tidy, respectful, preferably a student. We both enjoy going out, having movie nights, takeaways, socialising, having friends round etc so just looking for someone who will fit into that dynamic. The room is a small double with a wardrobe, desk, bed but there is a lot of extra storage space in the flat too and a large living/dining room just off of the kitchen. The rent is under £500 and the bills are approx £50 but these depend on the electricity use. In total the rent is not usually any more than £550, and the deposit is £625, the flat is carpeted and very homely. It’s a private landlord and not an agency, and the couple that own the flat are so helpful and quick to deal with any problems we have. If you have any questions please ask away!
