I am moving out because my exchange semester has ended, so I would like to sublet my room. It is a very quiet and peaceful flat. My flatmates are very nice and respectful.
My sublet tenancy is available from the 20th May- 9th July. However, there is a possibility of extend the tenancy for the next academic year if interested by contacting the residence.
The location is 3 minutes' walk from Glasgow Caledonian University, 5 minutes' walk from Buchanan station, 10 minutes' walk from the City Centre, and 10 minutes' walk from the University of Strathclyde.
