Silver Studio Merchant Studios 2024 Cheap contract

I'm currently looking for someone to take over my lease from 3rd September 2024 to 26th August 2025 for a silver studio at Merchant Studios.

I secured a cheaper contract compared to the current official price because I signed before the price increase. Please check their official website; the price is between £269.00 to £279.00 per week- depends on the season-, while my contract is only £264.00 per week.

It has been a great place for me, especially due to its proximity to the universities here in Glasgow. If you're a student in need of a comfortable spot, this might be perfect for you.
