Multiple fridges and freezers for decent amount of space per tennant. Shed for storage of bycycles etc at own risk.

All bills and fiber wifi included in rent.

Great outside space and communal parking with plenty of spaces to rear.

House cleaned regularly and looking for clean tidy respectful professional working tenants preferably.

5 mins to local convenience shop and chip shop, 10 mins walking to newport town centre.

All bedrooms have double ottoman storage bed, drawers and most have seperate cupboard hanging space. Also sink in every room.
