The Kitchen has accessed from the garden which can be used during the summer months. Reasonable use of the washing machine and dryer, with separate fridgefreezer from the owner. Use of kitchen utensils and cutlery, plus storage cupboard space are provided, (if required).
The council tax will be included as will reasonable use of gas and electricity within the rent. Wifi is also available.
The owner lives on the top floor in a spacious three bedroom town house.
