Double room in shared house , single occupancy

I have a double room complete with built in wardrobe double bed
Shared bathroom , large family shabby chic house with lots of shared areas including fully landscape garden with large decking area , sun loungers. Tv lounge , large kitchen and dinning room , fully opening glass doors to the garden to give that outside in effect . Wood burner for those chilly nights .Friendly house no drama here , I the landlord work away and sometimes returns home to private area some weekends , I do any odd jobs that need doing them leave you alone , we are very near to bus and train services only 2 miles from the city centre and only 100 mts from the river beach for paddle boarding ect . Looking for somebody relaxed not a party animal just able to fit in and respect the house and other persons living there !
