Double room with own bathroom

I am moving out of a shared house so there is a double room with own bathroom available in a 3 bed, all girls house. The room is part furnished, with a bed frame (king sized) built in wardrobes and drawers. Each room in the house has their own bathroom with bath and shower and there’s a spare cloak room on the ground floor.
The house is across 3 floors with shared lounge, kitchen and garden and is in a lovely, safe area with plenty of on street parking available. It’s a 30s walk from a bus stop into town/ train station and close to the hospital.
Bills are not included and vary each month.
The room is available from approx June/July (some flexibility with dates required)
