Large double room in modern apartment for rent.

I have a large double room in a newly built apartment for rent. The room is perfect for airport workers as it's situated only 15 minutes from Manchester Airport. There is a short walk to the town centre and bus station for all major bus routes into the city. The room is clean and bright and fully furnished, with a brand-new double bed, draws and wardrobe! There is two bathrooms within the property so you will have a bathroom of your own. All bills are included, and there is also broadband. I would prefer a professional as i work long hours at the local hospital, however i love to socialise on a weekend. You have full run of the flat saturday through to monday as i am away visiting family on those days of the week. I'm laid-back, sociable and would like a flat-mate who has the same values. I am clean and tidy, and like to keep the place comfortable to live in.
