Furnished double room in pretty, newly refurbished Victorian terrace with garden in the heart of Withington.

2 minutes walk from the bus stop (to town) and 10 minutes from the tram. 2 minutes to bars and shops, but in the middle of a quiet street. 10 mins walk to West Didsbury.

I'm looking for a professional person / couple to rent the spare room from 1st May until 5th June (or part thereof)- until my long term tenant moves in.

Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom with pretty garden to the rear.

Gas, electricity, council tax, water, sky and broadband included.

If a couple moving in then cost will be £150pw plus £150 deposit.

About me: I'm 36 yr old female, outgoing and sociable - I like the gym, horses, music, a few gins, the usual... I like clean and tidy, but I'm not fanatical. I moved to Manchester 8 years ago knowing no-one and moved into a 7 bed house in Didsbury. My housemates and our replacements when we moved out..(along with partners, work mates, friends of friends) are just one big social group now. So if you're new to Manchester and nervous of meeting new people - don't be, we welcome all with gusto! (tho we're all getting old now, so don't expect crazy parties) On the other hand, if you already have a good social group and don't want much to do with a new one - that's ok too.

I have a partner who is also staying at the moment as he has not long moved to Manchester. He is away a lot though with work and his kids, so there is rarely more than 2 people in the house at a time.

Everything in the house is new or nearly new, so it's very comfy and just a really nice space to be in. Oh, I also have 2 rabbits.
