Looking for someone who would like to take over my bedroom in a houseshared in Withington starting begining July.

It’s a houseshare with 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There’s also a large kitchen, a living room and a big garden.

The room I’m using is the biggest one : it has a double bed, a desk, shelves, and lots of storage for clothing and stuff.

The rental is 385£ a month, all bills included. One month deposit.

Each bedroom has its own locker. So if you’re a young professional looking for a houseshare where you can stay independent, that will suit you.

Neighbourhood is quite calm. And there’s lots of buses near the house to take you to the city center. The 111 is 2 minutes walking from the house. The 42, 43, 142, 143, X41 are 5 minutes walking.
