Welcoming Share Near Mauldeth Rail Train Station!!

We are Bryony, Emma, Eli, Keren and Joe, and we're on the hunt for a final new housemate!!

We all work during the week, so looking for someone who can be respectful and chilled on wkday evenings, we like to chill in the lounge and watch tv, maybe the odd pub quiz, but generally pretty quite. We are all in our mid 20s so on weekends we like to head out for a drink together. Withington is only a 5 min walk and has some really cool quirky bars! Everyone raves about Didsbury, but seriously Withington is where it’s at!!

The bedroom is the biggest in the house, it's upstairs and fully furnished with wardrobe, desk and draws. We've got a massive garden, lounge/kitchen. There's a big bathroom and a separate shower room and a downstairs loo!!

All we pay on top of the rent is a share of the gas/electricity which between us all works out to be around £30 a month. ALL other bills are included AND we get a cleaner!!

the train station is about a 2 min walk away and then less than 10mins into town! Most of us work there and find the commute really easy- and cheap! There is plenty of on road parking too if you have a car.
