Looking for a group to rent the whole house.

This is a large and beautiful semi-detached house in the Withington M20 area, 2 minutes' walk from Withington High Street (Wilmslow Road). Fully furnished. Available from July 1st (potentially a week earlier) as I'm moving abroad for a couple of years.

For rent to a family or a group - I will not be renting individually to people who don't know each other etc. It should be one group.

There are 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Each room is £750/month.
I would be potentially open to discussing/considering only renting out 3 bedrooms and using the fourth for storage of my possessions (locked). Deposit will be 5 weeks’ rent.

There is an extremely large open-plan living, dining, kitchen area. There is a separate (second) reception/living room.

There is a driveway with parking for two cars. There is on road parking available on the street, and also the adjacent street. There is a garden with a shed for storage, and artificial grass, so minimal upkeep required.

The house is fully furnished. Tenants would have to pay council tax and all utilities. It was only built in 2015, so is very well insulated and bills are not particularly expensive.

It is 10 minutes to the M60, 1 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you into Oxford Road/City Centre, and 12-15 minute walk to Burton Road tram stop.

There would be a tenancy contract signed, and 5 weeks’ rent as a security deposit, which would be placed in a government-approved deposit scheme. Minimum tenancy would be a year.
