I’m looking for a housemate to share a modern 2-bed apartment with in Withington, close to the Christie's hospital.

Rent is £450 pcm, plus bills, which work out at roughly £200 a month/pp (inc. council tax).

The Room:
Double sized bed, with built-in wardrobe and separate chest of draws. There’s an additional cupboard that has more hanging space to be used in the hallway.

The flat itself has two double rooms, one en-suite and a separate large bathroom. Open-plan, generous sized kitchen/lounge area with Smart TV. Fibre broadband Wifi throughout.

Kitchen:
All the usual: electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine/drier, dishwasher, microwave.

Location:
Situated on a quiet road but with excellent local transport links, only a 10-minute walk to Burton Road and 15 minutes to Didsbury, there are loads of great cafe’s, pubs, restaurants nearby. Less than 5-minute walk to the Christie's Hospital.
Easy access to Manchester airport - 10-minute drive or 30 mins on the bus (stop just round the corner).

There’s a separate secure cycle shed and on-street parking (can apply for free permit).

I’m 32, easy going, like to keep the place clean.
I work shifts, including nights, so looking for someone similar to share the place with - ideally another working professional who is tidy & doesn’t mind being quiet when on nights etc.

I keep myself active and when I'm not working, I'm usually out running or socialising. I enjoy cooking a good roast on a Sunday, which I usually get a few people to over to share in.

Extra's:
Non-smokers only, and no pets allowed.

Cleaner every 2 weeks - included in bills cost.

Available for 6 months rental, may be able to extend after this (tbc)
Council Tax band C - £154/ month at present.
