The room has a double bed, flat screen TV with prime video and Disney plus, double wardrobes, and a chest of drawers. The seating area consists of an armchair, coffee table and floor lamp 😃 The bathroom has a walk in double shower, there is a separate toilet. The kitchen is large and well equipped, washing machine, dishwasher, tall larder fridge and a separate tall larder freezer, with plenty of storage. There is a cleaner who keeps the shared rooms tidy once a week. The house is on a walk, so no passing traffic and very quiet. There are gardens to the rear and front, both with seating areas. There is a large cycle shed at the front. I would like a quiet, tidy tenant who is in fulltime employment. Don't be put off by the great value price! It is very comfortable accommodation and the first person to view usually takes it. It is competitively priced because of its location, approx. 20 mins from the nearest tram stop, either Besses or Whitefield. Plus a silly price means an empty room that benefits no one, Happy hunting, Mark
