The room to rent is quite small & semi-furnished, with bed, wardrobe & Sofa. I Will happily add in any furniture/storage if needed. There is also a study and open plan living / dining room, bathroom with bath & shower, kitchen & back yard (Although back yard is currently slightly dominated by what I think is the remains of an old bomb shelter). The rent includes council tax, water, gas, electricity & basic wi-fi.
