Double room on a quiet street, on border of Old Trafford/Whalley Range border. Excellent transport links, 86 bus stop to Chorlton and Manchester City centre is 2 mins walk, Trafford Bar metro link stop is 10 minute walk. It's possible to walk to Oxford Road in 30 minutes.

Lovely, bright room, furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. You will also have access to shared bathroom, open plan living room and dining room and recently re-fitted kitchen, complete with washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Outside there is a large, south facing yard to the rear. There are three parks near to the house if you want a bit of fresh air and greenery and there is lots of on street parking available.

Bills aren't included in the rent, but they come to around £80 per month for a Mon-Fri let.

My name is Charlotte and I am the live in landlord. I work Monday-Friday so won't be having parties and very late nights. during the week. After work, I like relaxing at home, cooking and having a friend or two over, but not usually more than once a week. I'm looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of my home and if you want to have the odd dinner or watch the odd DVD together then even better. But If you prefer to keep yourself to yourself though, I will be respectful of your privacy.
