Beautiful first floor room overlooking the large back garden in fully refurbished shared house situated on very quiet street in Whalley Range on the border of Chorlton only a few hundred yards from the gates of Alexandra Park (a good place to go running with an easy one mile circuit around the pond in the large Victorian park. The room is very cosy and warm, fully furnished and with a great open view of the large rear gardens well away from other houses.

Ultrafast BT Infinity fibre optic broadband, full SKY TV Package including sports and movies in shared living room. Washer and separate dryer, large, private front and rear gardens. Sharon the cleaner visits every week to look after common areas of large dining kitchen, first floor bathroom with separate shower and second floor bathroom with a power-shower.

Off street parking, lockable and secure bicycle storage, rear decking and patio area, even has apple, pear and plum trees in the garden!
