3 doubles available for big house in Wh. Range

On the hunt for lovely flatmates to join in making this beautiful house a home.
I'm having a hard time finding a room that's right so am applying for houses myself.

I am in the process of applying for this property and am attending a viewing this week. The max tenancy the landlord is allowed is 4 people.
I need 3 flatmates to be interested so that I can complete the application.

The property can be found on right move on Alexander Road South next to Alexandra park.

council tax: D

Move in would be mid-June.
Located near Alexandra Park in Whalley Range/Didsbury.
Rooms are roughly equally sized and range in furnished/non-furnished.

Looking for sensible, mature and friendly flatmates around 28 - 40 years old. People who somewhat have their life together enough to pay rent on time and clean up after themselves, particularly in shared areas. Looking for people who will look after the house and those inside of it. Fix things, clean up, replace items and help out where needed with no fuss.

The best candidates would be considerate of the other household members, particularly during the work week evenings, and wanting to join in with shared socialising eg: crafty wine nights, house dinners and pub gardens in the sun.

Preferably flatmates would work from the office around 3 days a week. Bills will be split equally so this makes it fair for all as it will help keep heating and electric down.

Ideally you will be newish to Manchester and looking for like-minded, friendly nerdy people to explore the local areas/events and feel comfortable living with whilst also having the space to spend on your own to relax.

Mountain hiking, camping, astrophotography, outdoor sports, gardening, building fires, playing in orchestras, cooking, reading fantasy books, yoga, wild swimming, board games, charity shopping….

No students or couples.
Strictly smoke free.
Strictly drugs free.
Must be accepting and loving of all kinds of humans and living creatures. Open minded and not argumentative.
