Housemate wanted in West Didsbury

I am looking for 2 housemates to share a gorgeous 3 bedroom house in West Didsbury from the 1st October as my two current housemate are moving out end of September.

The house is a large spacious 3 bed house furnished to a high standard in a extremely good location in West Didsbury. Located on a quiet street close to bus and tram links. All local bars, restaurant and shops are within a 5min walk.

Room 1 is a good size room located on the first floor with a double bed and other furnishing and en-suite with shower/bath with underfloor heating.

Room 2 is very spacious and located in the attic with a double bed and other furnishing and en-suite with underfloor heating.

The lounge has comfy leather sofas and dining table, perfect for sociable evening and a decent size kitchen.

I am very down to earth and sociable person and is looking for like minded housemates that are tidy and sociable.

The rent includes gas/elec/water/council tax and virgin media package.
