Room in Didsbury first floor flat

I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroom flat in Didsbury.

The spacious fully furnished flat has a large sized balcony, small gated garden area and off road parking. Located between West Didsbury and Didsbury Village. Transport wise this is the perfect location. A 5 minute drive to the motorway, a 2 minute walk to West Didsbury tram station. Bus stops for town are a five minute walk, Burnage train station is a 15 minute walk, and cab to the airport takes 10 minutes. There are also plenty of local amenities, restaurants and a post office a few doors down, and up the road in Didsbury Village a cinema, large Tesco and Aldi, and more restaurants.

The apartment has a modern bathroom and a small kitchen with washing machine. The second bedroom (available for rent) comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The living room is light and has two large bay windows with a TV, cabinet and dining table/chairs.

Bills are NOT included in the rent and are the usual; gas, electricity, water rates, council tax (so no students I’m afraid please, unless you’re happy to pay council tax) and internet.

The land lady is brilliant, very understanding and extremely helpful whenever I've had queries in the past.

Laid back but a little pedantic about cleaning!!
