Great room in west didsbury house share

Hi. We've a room coming available end of this month in our friendly, young, professional house share. Will suit a 20's to 30's guy or girl sharing with four others (mix of 3 girls 2 guys at the mo but alas one girl is soon to be leaving us...) Character property - and finished to a good standard. We're an easy going household looking for someone who's not going to sit in their room but can contribute to the life and soul of the house.

The accommodation is spread over 3 floors. Shared lounge with stripped wooden floor boards plus separate dining/kitchen. No off road parking but plenty of on street spaces and it's located in a cul-de-sac of roads so is quiet with no through traffic. The house is located off Burton Road, close to the Metropolitan pub, in West Didsbury and is well placed for all local amenities and the new Metro. The rent is £280 a month plus £80 bills contribution (excludes telephone calls) which covers council tax water gas electric tv licence broadband. House is registered with the city council as an HMO so is to latest specs and regulations etc.

The room is actually 2 small ones, one for sleeping in (it has a double bed and chest of drawers) the other for hanging clothes in and has a desk etc. Both on the first floor.

Rent is very good for the area considering it's location, and if you don't spend much time in your room these 2 smaller rooms make sense financially!
