Parking available to the front and side of the house (on street), it is possible to park round the back of the house, off road depending on the size of your car. Clean, tidy, cosy home, I am very house proud and i am a good cook. I have house cats, so you must like cats and not mind having your lap taken over of an evening. I am laid back and easy to live with. I work normal hours during the day. Bills are included and I have sky and unlimited broadband. It's a 20minute drive to manchester city centre and buses are every 20 minutes. The bus stop is a stones throw from my front door. Good transport links to the city centre and to Bolton.
