Nice double room in Victoria Park/Rusholme

A double room will be available from 1 May in our friendly international flatshare in a newly renovated and fully furnished house in Rusholme.
Room: It's furnished room on the first floor with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, a small desk and a chair. It gets nice sunshine for the whole afternoon.
House: The house is refurbished and nicely arranged, all rooms have wooden floors. The living room and a kitchen has all basic equipment (fridge and freezer, conventional and microwave oven, washing machine, etc.), except for TV licence. I live with two nice PhD student girls, and we keep the house quite tidy.
Location: Stanley Ave, M14 5HB. The famous Curry Mile is just two minutes away, so there are plenty of take away places, restaurants and various shops at hand and a large superstore. The university is a 20 minutes walk or a 5 min bus ride. Along the Oxford Road Corridor, the train station is 10 min, Piccadily Gardens is 15 min by bus. Parking also available.
Price: £232 per month + bills (30-35 per month)
We prefer a postgraduate student or a young professional to replace me, but it's flexible, the girls also might have to move out from town in the next months. Now the joint tenancy agreement ends at the end of August, but I am sure it can be renewed.
